Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate LVN Treatment Nurse to join our team! Requirements

  • Active California LVN license
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with wound care and treatments in a skilled nursing setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide and oversee wound care and treatment services for residents
  • Accurately document treatments and monitor healing progress
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
  • Educate staff and residents on proper skin care and prevention
