Requirements

• Active California LVN license (required)
• Prior wound care or treatment nurse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform wound care and skin assessments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Document treatments and monitor healing progress
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes
• Educate staff on wound prevention and skin integrity best practices
• Participate in care planning and resident care conferences
