About The Position

White Blossom Care Center is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable LVN Supervisor to join our team. We are a resident-centered skilled nursing facility committed to delivering exceptional care, supporting our staff, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

The LVN Supervisor oversees nursing staff and daily clinical operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective communication between team members, residents, and families.

Requirements

• Active California LVN license
• Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other care staff
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care
• Assist with assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary coordination
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Respond professionally to resident and family concerns
• Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive culture
