About The Position
This supervisory position provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Behavioral Health Specialists and LVNs/LPTs. As part of the Telecare family, Villa Fairmont is licensed as a 97-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center. It serves adults who have a history of serious and persistent mental illness with repeated hospitalizations.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure
- Two (2) years of LVN/LPT experience in health care environment
- One (1) year of supervisory experience
