About The Position

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient with a Trach/Vent who is returning home for the first time. This full-time position emphasizes the importance of compassionate patient care and quality service in a home healthcare setting.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
