Experienced LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home setting. The company has been serving the community since 2000 and operates on values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (#HALOS). The mission is to provide high-quality home health care in a loving, caring, and professional manner, aiming to be the best pediatric home health agency. Nurses are integral to making a difference in the lives of their patients and families.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
