This is a Part-Time position (48 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour day shift schedule located at our Scripps Clinic in Carmel Valley. This position will work Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. Requirements
- Current California LVN license
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- One year of outpatient experience as LVN or LPN
- Experience in an outpatient setting
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures and medication administration as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families and document patient interactions.
- Practice infection control and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.
