About The Position
As our Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide vital direct patient care, significantly contributing to patient well-being and recovery as an integral part of our compassionate healthcare team. Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication. Your compassionate demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential. Demonstrates basic technical nursing skills within scope of practice (as documented in unit skills list). Assessment Planning/Collaboration Implementation Evaluation Collaborates with RN to identify and meet education and discharge needs .
Requirements
- Acute care experience within the last two years.
- New graduates and licensed vocational nurses without acute care experience within the last two years will be considered on an individual basis.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse: CA, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
