About The Position
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) PRN is responsible for the total nursing care of assigned patients in accordance with physicians' orders under the guidance and supervision of the nurse in charge. The position is part of the Community Health division at JPS Health Network, which is a large healthcare system in North Texas. The LVN will deliver quality nursing care, record medical information, monitor patient conditions, conduct laboratory tests, and provide patient education. The role also includes guiding and educating new LVNs and CMAs, participating in performance improvement initiatives, and completing necessary documentation to meet regulatory standards.
