About The Position
The Licensed Vocational Nurse II is responsible for the total nursing care of assigned patients in accordance with provider's orders under the guidance and supervision of the nurse in charge. This role involves delivering quality nursing care, recording medical information, monitoring patient conditions, conducting laboratory tests, and providing patient education. The position also includes guiding and educating LVNs and non-licensed clinical staff, participating in performance improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards.
