About The Position

The LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) at AltaMed provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited LVN school with a current LVN license issued by the State of California.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in patient care in outpatient/inpatient, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or clinic settings.
• IV certification preferred.
• Preferred experience in wound care.
• BLS certificate required.
• Experience and knowledge regarding the physical, mental, and social needs of patients.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location.

Responsibilities
