About The Position
Crestwood is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct nursing care to clients according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The LVN will also provide direction to non-licensed personnel in delivering direct client care and managing the operation of the unit. This role is integral to our commitment to creating innovative recovery programs and developing compassionate communities that support each client in their journey towards recovery.
