Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards within their scope of practice.
- Direct non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.
Requirements
- Current licensure in California as an LVN, LPT, or RN.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing is preferred.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation principles is preferred.
