About The Position
The LVN/LPN position at Canyon Vista Post Acute involves a comprehensive range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care in a long-term care facility. The role requires participation in employee performance evaluations and staffing requirements, as well as providing leadership to nursing personnel. The LVN/LPN will also be involved in nursing care functions, including admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, and ensuring that nursing care is provided according to established care plans. The position emphasizes the importance of safety and sanitation, requiring the LVN/LPN to monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure that nursing service areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
