About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Morada Senior Living is responsible for providing nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care. This includes conducting comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring clients' conditions, and coordinating health promotion and prevention services. The role is essential in ensuring the well-being of seniors in the community, particularly during the 2pm-10pm shift.

Requirements

• Two years of LPN experience required.
• Two years' experience in assisted living or in a nursing home.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective organization, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care.
