About The Position
A reputable healthcare facility in the Utica area is seeking dedicated LVNs/LPNs for a 13-week assignment with strong potential for extension. Candidates must be able to perform core patient care responsibilities with minimal orientation and supervision.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Current New York State LPN License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 Year of LPN Experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to float within the facility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient condition and changes
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility policies
- Float to all units within the same building as required
- Work every other weekend
