Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN, Home Health Location: Loveland, CO - Office location Position: LVN/LPN Position Type: Full-Time Remote/Virtual Position: No Coverage Area: East of I25 south of 66 (Southeast quadrant) #AC-PTPA Find Your Passion and Purpose as an LVN/LPN Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 / The compensation reflected on this posting, is an estimate of annual compensation for full time status. One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records
Requirements
- One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
Responsibilities
- Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician
- Provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records
