About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high-quality care standards. The LPN will also engage in administrative, documentation, drug administration, personnel management, and nursing care functions, contributing to the overall well-being of residents in a long-term care facility.
