Requirements

• Current LVN license to practice in California
• One year of acute or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Completion of IV therapy course and state certification preferred
• BLS certification required and maintained thereafter
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
• Must demonstrate Service Excellence with patients, families, and coworkers

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents as assigned by the RN
• Assist in executing care plans and documenting interventions
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Support safe and efficient operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility
• Uphold standards of patient dignity, comfort, and respect
