Valle Verde, a distinguished HumanGood community in Santa Barbara, recently named 'Best CCRC in the U.S.' by Newsweek magazine, is hiring a full-time Night shift Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for its Assisted Living & Residential Clinic/Wellness teams. Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our 'Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.' You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Ensure the nursing needs of residents are met.
Incorporate the 'Philosophy for Person-Directed Care' into daily activities.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Develop assignments in coordination with care partners.
Hold team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Current LVN/LPN license in the state for which applying.
Current CPR certification.
Prior senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute nursing care preferred.
