Requirements
- Completion of an accredited LVN program
- Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurse and physician in determining the health status and health needs of patients based on interpretation of health-related data and preventative health practices, in collaboration with patients, their families, and other members of the immediate healthcare team.
