About The Position

We’re seeking a caring and dependable LVN / Charge Nurse to provide quality care and leadership at Pitzer Lodge, helping residents live independently in a warm, supportive environment.

Requirements

• Current California LVN license and First Aid certification.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Dependable, ethical, and team-focused.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in nursing supervision or geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and personal assistance to residents.
• Supervise and support Pitzer Aides.
• Respond to resident needs through the call light system.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and ensure accurate shift reports.
• Promote a safe, respectful, team-oriented workplace.
