Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales (luxury brand experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive market and commitment to continuous product learning
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver an elevated, customer-focused experience
  • Goal-oriented with the motivation to consistently exceed performance standards
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a luxury brand environment
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum 3 years of Toyota, Lexus or Luxury Automotive Sales experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering an unparalleled luxury experience
  • Sell vehicles and financial services offered by the dealership
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Lexus products and services
  • Guide customers seamlessly through the entire sales process
  • Participate in product and sales training courses
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up, generating repeat business and referrals
  • Set and achieve personal goals aligned with dealership standards
