About The Position

The Travel Division is an exclusive, high end seller of Luxury travel, working in partnership with Air Charter Service, the worlds largest Private Aviation brokerage, to provide a complete & exclusive travel solution to a set of discerning customers. Our team works tirelessly to put together amazing experiences for some of the highest spending customers in the industry, working with the best providers in the Luxury Travel world, and selling the most incredible destinations on the planet! In essence, we are a service business. Our underlying business principle is 'Service Beyond Expectations'. Therefore, no request from our customers is too much. We look after every element of their trip - from the moment they enquire, through to the moment they unpack their bags from returning. Our job is to guarantee that their experience is best in market, and we are obsessed with ensuring that is always the case. Joining our team will give you an opportunity to work with some of the best sellers in the Luxury Travel business. We have a lot of fun while doing it - be it socialising with our Charter Brokers, attending functions with our hotel partners, or travelling the world on Fam Trips with our Suppliers.

Requirements

  • Confident and clear communication and sales manner, comfortable with making proactive outbound calls to clients
  • A clear passion for travel and a willingness to develop knowledge of destinations and products
  • High aptitude for sales, ideally with a track record from previous sales roles
  • A self-starter attitude - able to adapt quickly to our working environment
  • Desire to immerse yourself in and commit to the demands of the role
  • Ability to work independently, but able to collaborate with both teammates in TTD and colleagues from our sister Aviation company, ACS
  • Motivated by working to goals, objectives & sales metrics in a competitive environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication & numeracy skills
  • An organized & disciplined attitude towards managing workload, and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • 2+ years of travel industry experience is preferred
  • Previous working experience using a GDS, ideally Amadeus, is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a growing team to achieve both individual & collective success
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of the most suitable Travel Product for each customer
  • Managing travel bookings from enquiry to completion
  • Collaborating with other ACS departments to ensure best possible experience for our customers
  • Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organisation
  • Gain clear agreement and commitment from others by persuading, convincing and negotiating
  • Working productively in a pressurised environment
  • Focusing on customer's needs and satisfaction
  • Make prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks
