Responsibilities

• Achieve store and individual sales on all platforms by providing exceptional customer experience and expert product knowledge.
• Oversee merchandise launch executions and implement product education provided by Signet.
• Assist in training and developing the team in your area of expertise.
• Build customer relationships through outreach and follow-up using the clientele system.
• Maintain daily health and safety protocols to ensure customer and team safety.
• Complete all assigned training and provide expert product knowledge training.
• Implement visual merchandise displays according to company guidelines.
• Manage the team and store in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
• Collaborate on recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training of the team.
