About The Position

The Luxury Timepiece Manager at Jared is a key management role focused on achieving sales goals and enhancing the guest experience through expert knowledge of timepiece merchandise. This position involves overseeing timepiece sales performance, executing merchandise launches, and developing training plans to improve store performance. The manager will also collaborate with the management team to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and effective team training.

Responsibilities

  • Serve guests and promote store sales
  • Consistently attain sales and performance standards, including Special Event and Store promotion results
  • Promote an environment of total guest satisfaction by prioritizing the guest's shopping and jewelry needs
  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by following up and utilizing the Clienteling system
  • Monitor the flow of Guests and assist with matching the appropriate Team Member with the Guest
  • Supervise timepiece brands and train all Team Members on timepieces
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of timepiece merchandise, including sales performance and promotions
  • Develop and maintain complete knowledge of all timepiece brands to train Team Members effectively
  • Act as a point of contact with vendor partners and complete all vendor trainings and incentive submissions
  • Evaluate areas of opportunity regarding timepiece brands and coordinate training plans with the management team
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on recruiting, hiring, and scheduling
  • Communicate pertinent information relating to Team Members to the General Manager
  • Respond to Guest complaints and issues in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Assist management team with primary responsibilities in their absence
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention and Sales policies
