About The Position

The Luxury Timepiece Manager at Jared is a supporting management role focused on achieving store and individual sales goals through exceptional guest experiences and expert knowledge of timepiece merchandise. This position involves overseeing timepiece sales performance, executing merchandise launches, implementing product education, and developing training plans to enhance store performance.

Requirements

• Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards, including sales
• No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months
• DCA certified
• Minimum six months with the company or similar experience
• Completion of Minimum Training Requirements training module and quiz

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and promote store sales
• Consistently attain sales and performance standards

• Provide exceptional guest experiences and follow-up
• Monitor guest flow and assist with team member matching
• Supervise timepiece brands and train team members
• Oversee implementation of timepiece merchandise and sales performance
• Develop complete knowledge of all timepiece brands
• Act as a point of contact with vendor partners
• Evaluate areas of opportunity for timepiece brands
• Collaborate with management on recruiting and scheduling
• Communicate pertinent information regarding team members
• Respond to guest complaints and issues
• Assist management team with primary responsibilities in their absence
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain high security awareness with selling procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
