About The Position

Requirements

Active State Esthetician License (required)
Minimum 3 years of experience in professional skincare, preferably in a luxury or wellness spa environment
Strong knowledge of holistic and clinical skincare techniques
Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for guest service
Ability to educate and engage with guests by participating in marketing campaigns, in-person, and community initiatives
A team-oriented mindset and desire to grow alongside other high-performing professionals
Commitment to continuing education and staying current with skincare innovations
Reliable, consistent attendance and the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to sit or bend for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Current Hydrafacial or Advanced Skin Care certification(s) desired

Deliver exceptional facial and skincare services following Woodhouse protocols that elevate the guest experience.
Educate and guide guests on homecare and personalized skincare routines for lasting results.
Provide a full array of spa services including signature services, advanced protocols, as well as body treatments
Build lasting guest relationships through genuine connection, care, and professionalism.
Maintain a pristine and peaceful work environment, upholding state regulations and brand standards.
Partner with fellow service providers and spa leadership to create a seamless, five-star experience for every guest.
Utilize spa software to manage appointments and guest information efficiently.
