About The Position

Are you a confident, professional closer who loves luxury sales? At The Gents Place , you’ll help successful men elevate their image while selling premium memberships and world-class products. This is not a receptionist job —you won’t answer phones. Our call center handles calls so you can focus entirely on sales, service, and relationships. You’ll present memberships ($525–$8,000/yr) and luxury retail including Creed fragrances ($500+) and fine men’s grooming goods. The Gents Place is a national leader in luxury men’s grooming and business networking, celebrating 17+ years of success and service. We’ve donated 60,000+ meals , 5,000+ haircuts , and 10,000+ suits to veterans in need. The Gents Place is America’s Ultra-Premium Men’s Grooming & Lifestyle Club. With locations across the country, we are seeking Grooming Specialists, Barbers, Shoe Shine Specialists and Member Concierges to help us meet the demands of our rapidly growing membership base. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional sales success (real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or software)
  • Comfortable engaging affluent clients and closing sales
  • Polished, professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
  • Team-focused and available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests with confidence and warmth
  • Present and close membership and retail sales
  • Recommend grooming, skincare, and fragrance products
  • Partner with barbers to deliver a seamless luxury experience
