We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Showroom Sales Associates at our La Jolla location. As ambassadors of our luxury furniture brand, Showroom Sales Associates will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating memorable shopping experiences for our clientele. We are looking for candidates with a passion for sales, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine desire to help customers turn their visions into reality. In this role, you will welcome customers with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable in our showroom environment. You will engage with customers on a personal level to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements, utilizing active listening skills to tailor furniture recommendations and customization options accordingly. You will demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including details about our furniture collections, materials, design options, and the latest industry trends, providing informative and engaging explanations to help customers make well-informed decisions. Additionally, you will utilize cutting-edge AR, VR, and Studio X technology to offer immersive and interactive experiences, allowing customers to visualize furniture pieces in their own space and customize them to their liking. You will process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience from start to finish, and strive to exceed customer expectations, leaving them delighted with their purchase. You will take a proactive approach to sales activities, actively seeking out opportunities to drive revenue and achieve or surpass sales targets. Building and nurturing relationships with customers through ongoing communication and personalized follow-up will be key, as well as identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer preferences and needs. Collaboration with the showroom team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment will also be essential. Staying informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings will help you provide customers with up-to-date information and insights. You will continuously strive to improve your product knowledge and sales skills to better serve our customers, demonstrating a genuine passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
