About The Position

The Luxury Retail Sales Professional provides an exceptional customer experience while representing BC Clark Jewelers’ legacy of excellence. This role is responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with customers, delivering personalized service, and guiding them through the purchase of fine jewelry, luxury timepieces, and accessories. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury retail, demonstrates refined sales expertise, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and consultative sales skills.
  • Knowledge of fine jewelry, Swiss timepieces, and luxury brands.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver personalized solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfort with technology and POS systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of luxury retail experience, with focus on fine jewelry or watches strongly preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications (GIA, AGS, JA) highly desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers, delivering a tailored luxury experience.
  • Build long-term relationships through attentive service and follow-up.
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate jewelry and timepieces.
  • Present and educate on collections from leading luxury brands (e.g., David Yurman, Roberto Coin, Rolex, OMEGA, Breitling, Tudor, etc.).
  • Consistently achieve sales goals while upholding BC Clark’s customer care standards.
  • Process sales, special orders, and returns accurately.
  • Maintain showroom standards, ensuring displays are pristine and secure.
  • Stay current on new collections, product knowledge, and industry trends.
