About The Position

Requirements

  • 10+ years of luxury window and doors sales experience
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong relationship‑building and presentation skills
  • Comfort working with architects, builders, and high‑end dealers
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and navigate jobsite environments
  • Self‑motivated, organized, influencing, and results‑driven
  • Willingness to travel daily within the territory

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a luxury residential territory across CO.
  • Develop new business with high‑end architects, builders, dealers, and industry partners
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing luxury accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor with deep product and technical expertise
  • Conduct strategic, in‑person customer visits and jobsite support
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • Train customers on Quaker products, systems, and innovations
