Requirements

  • Comfortable with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day -to -day management of a high -end residential property, ensuring residents enjoy a seamless and elevated experience.
  • Drive efficiency in rent collection, leasing, and maintenance processes.
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and identify cost -effective solutions without sacrificing quality.
  • Ensure all practices are compliant with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Lead and inspire on -site staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular team check -ins to align goals and encourage collaboration.
  • Establish performance metrics and give actionable feedback to support professional development.
  • Partner with HR to recruit and retain top talent aligned with company values.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Organize community events and programs that foster engagement and strengthen the resident community.
  • Maintain the property to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and vendors to create value -added services for residents.
  • Design and execute creative marketing initiatives to attract new residents, using both digital and community -based strategies.
  • Build relationships with local organizations to enhance the property’s visibility and reputation.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to ensure the property remains competitive in the luxury segment.
