Requirements

  • Detail-oriented individuals with strong work ethics.
  • Valid driver’s license (minimum 3 years licensed driving experience, age 21+).
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work comfortably outdoors.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Beautiful Pools: Skim, vacuum, brush, and scrub tiles.
  • Manage Filters: Regular filter maintenance for optimal performance.
  • Water Chemistry Expert: Test and balance chemical levels for safety.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and report potential pool issues.
  • Represent Our Team: Build positive, professional relationships with customers.
  • Provide Clear Advice: Inform customers and address their concerns effectively.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Daily Routine: Start your stocked company vehicle by 8:00 AM.
  • Stay Connected: Regular communication with Area Supervisor.
  • Detail-Oriented Logging: Maintain accurate digital service records and logs.
  • Structured Growth: Clear career advancement training plans.
  • Certification & Learning: Achieve Level 2 certification within the first year; ongoing skill development.
  • Organized & Ready: Keep a clean, organized company vehicle.
