Requirements
- Detail-oriented individuals with strong work ethics.
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 3 years licensed driving experience, age 21+).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work comfortably outdoors.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Beautiful Pools: Skim, vacuum, brush, and scrub tiles.
- Manage Filters: Regular filter maintenance for optimal performance.
- Water Chemistry Expert: Test and balance chemical levels for safety.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and report potential pool issues.
- Represent Our Team: Build positive, professional relationships with customers.
- Provide Clear Advice: Inform customers and address their concerns effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure positive customer experiences.
- Daily Routine: Start your stocked company vehicle by 8:00 AM.
- Stay Connected: Regular communication with Area Supervisor.
- Detail-Oriented Logging: Maintain accurate digital service records and logs.

- Certification & Learning: Achieve Level 2 certification within the first year; ongoing skill development.
