Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
• A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in motor coaches or bus driving, with passengers on board
• Excellent driving record with no major violations
• Strong communication skills to interact with passengers and team members
• Ability to handle various weather conditions and road situations safely
• Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain motor coaches for transportation purposes
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers during trips
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures
• Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the motor coach
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the motor coach interior
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, if necessary
