About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Consultant with experience in luxury and high-end sales to join our Boston team. You will be working with our top-tier customers for our membership-based Jet Card program! WHO IS AIR CHARTER SERVICE Air Charter Service (ACS) is a leading aircraft charter company that provides passenger aircraft charters worldwide. A DAY IN THE LIFE Contacting potential customers for new business and maintaining and developing relationships with existing contacts via telephone calls, emails and meetings Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the sale Identifying new markets and business opportunities Compiling and analyzing sales figures and communicating results and progress when required Working with existing Private Jet Brokers where there is an opportunity to sell the Jet Card product to an existing ad hoc charter contact on the Broker’s list Working alongside the individual Private Jet brokers to ensure that all Jet Card customers remain completely satisfied with the product and service offered Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends Representing ACS at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Award-winning professional training and one-on-one mentoring International training based in our London - Global HQ and New York - Americas HQ Training and travel expenses are covered by the company Supportive balance between independent and team-oriented work

Requirements

  • Successful experience of new business sales
  • Luxury sales experience
  • Experience of communicating with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI)
  • Relationship-oriented
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Planning and organization skills
  • A strong ability to self-motivate
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • The ability to travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential customers for new business and maintaining and developing relationships with existing contacts via telephone calls, emails and meetings
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the sale
  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures and communicating results and progress when required
  • Working with existing Private Jet Brokers where there is an opportunity to sell the Jet Card product to an existing ad hoc charter contact on the Broker’s list
