About The Position

Are you passionate about luxury products and providing exceptional customer service? Are you confident in your ability to anticipate the client's needs and find the right solution for them? D.J. Bitzan Jewelers is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the finest engagement/wedding rings, timepieces, and heirloom luxury items while building long-term relationships with discerning clientele. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a client book, cultivating lasting relationships, and driving sales to achieve both personal and team goals. Continuous learners who master product/industry knowledge and selling techniques have the ability to increase their income year after year.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, ideally in jewelry or other high-end products/services.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain features & benefits of luxury jewelry items to build value in each piece.
  • Attention to detail is required to ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.
  • Ability to think on your feet - find creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Possess the ability to think critically to find solutions in selling situations and customer resolution matters.
  • Ability to work three Saturdays per month and an adjusted schedule in December.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a personalized client book, providing a tailored shopping experience for each client.
  • Develop strong relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Offer in-depth knowledge of luxury jewelry and designers, Stay informed on trends and new arrivals to best serve clients.
  • Provide exemplary service by understanding clients' needs and desires and helping them find the perfect pieces to celebrate special moments.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to drive business through both direct sales and cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with other sales associates and management to contribute to a positive, collaborative sales environment.
