Luxury In-Home Design Consultant – Los Angeles
About The Position
Meet clients in their homes for scheduled design consultations Listen, design, and recommend custom blinds, shades, and drapery solutions Measure and close in a consultative, high-touch experience Manage your pipeline while being supported by operations & installation teams Deliver a seamless experience from first appointment through installation Schedule & Lifestyle Field-based role (not desk-bound) Appointments are geographically planned to minimize unnecessary drive time Freedom to manage your day with structure and support behind you If you enjoy being out in the field, working with beautiful homes and engaged clients, this role offers flexibility with stability. Requirements
- Proven sales performers (top 10–20%, awards, or documented results)
- Professionals who enjoy consultative selling over transactional sales
- Backgrounds that translate well include:
- In-home sales or remodeling
- Real estate or property-related sales
- Luxury retail or showroom consulting
- Design, furnishings, or home improvement
- 📍 Must live within ~30 minutes of the LA metro area
- 💪 Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
