Requirements
- Detail-oriented, reliable cleaners or housekeepers
- Professional attitude and pride in presentation
- Reliable transportation
- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks that require lifting and moving furniture.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in luxury homes or Airbnb cleaning is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in residential and commercial spaces including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Emptying trash bins and ensuring waste is disposed of properly.
- Performing deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and window washing as required.
- Reporting any maintenance issues found during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding safety and cleaning standards.
