About The Position

Hotel Valet Attendants Needed at Luxury Hotel. You will always cheerfully greet hotel guests and sincerely thank them upon exit. You will be the first impression to hotel guests, parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe and timely manner. You will explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their vehicles. You will help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines. You will impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with. You will be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with luggage weighing up to 50lbs. You may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Energetic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to stand, run, and carry guests' luggage.
• Great communication skills in both written and spoken language.
• Experience with customer service; valet experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for vehicle retrieval.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and resolve guest issues.
• Stand, walk, and assist with luggage weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested.
