About The Position

Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with company and luxury hospitality standards, including maintaining a polished uniform appearance, using the approved greeting, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a warm and professional farewell. Accurately issue parking tickets through the valet system, ensuring all required information is properly recorded. Process payments efficiently using credit cards or validations, strictly following company standard operating procedures. Handle exception transactions (such as lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) in accordance with company policies, including completing all necessary documentation. Complete all end-of-shift reports and paperwork, including tracking transaction counts by rate, vehicle flow, contract parkers, vehicles remaining in the facility, validated tickets, and exceptions. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cashier booth at all times, ensuring it is free of clutter, debris, and unauthorized materials. Support daily operations by assisting with light cleaning or maintenance tasks as directed by management and outlined in company checklists. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by location management.

Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • High School degree preferred.
  • One year of related experience with cash handling.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
  • Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
