This specialist must possess extensive knowledge of global luxury brands, boutique properties, and premium travel logistics. The ideal candidate will be an expert in maximizing the client's investment, securing exclusive amenities, and delivering seamless, personalized experiences that require zero effort from the traveler.

Bespoke Trip Creation: Design highly customized itineraries, often involving multi-stop, multi-country journeys, private aviation, specialized transportation, and unique cultural experiences (e.g., private tours, chef services).
Premium Sourcing & Access: Utilize deep knowledge and industry connections (consortia, high-end supplier portals) to book luxury hotels, resorts, and villas, consistently securing value-added amenities such as room upgrades, early check-in/late check-out, and complimentary credits.
Discreet Client Consultation: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion when consulting with high-net-worth clients, interpreting vague requests, managing complex preferences, and communicating transparently about premium service costs.
Meticulous Logistics Management: Coordinate all high-touch logistical details, including VIP airport services, private transfers, and complex inter-country travel arrangements, ensuring every transition is seamless and error-free.
Budget Optimization: While focusing on luxury, strategically maximize the client’s budget by identifying smart savings or value opportunities within premium products, upholding our Value-Driven philosophy.

Exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional discretion necessary for managing demanding clients.
Proficiency in luxury booking platforms (GDS experience is a plus) and advanced skills in relationship management (CRM).
