About The Position

The Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager at Jared is a pivotal management role that focuses on enhancing the guest experience while driving sales in the fashion and timepiece categories. This position is designed to support the overall management of the store by achieving both store and individual sales goals through superior customer service and expert knowledge of fashion merchandise, including diamond fashion, gold, and color items, as well as timepiece brands. The manager will oversee the sales performance of these categories, ensuring that all merchandise launches are executed effectively and that team members are well-trained in product knowledge and sales techniques. In this role, the Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction. This includes actively engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and providing tailored follow-up through the Clienteling system. The manager will also monitor guest flow and ensure that team members are appropriately matched with guests to enhance the shopping experience. Additionally, the manager will take charge of training team members on the features and benefits of fashion and timepiece merchandise, ensuring that all staff are equipped with the knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service. This includes overseeing the implementation of sales performance metrics, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies. The manager will collaborate closely with the General Manager and other management team members to address personnel issues, guest complaints, and operational needs, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Overall, this position is integral to maintaining the high standards of Jared and Signet Jewelers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork while driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.
