Action Property Management is seeking an exceptional individual to join our elite team as a Luxury Door Host (Front Desk/Valet) at our prestigious luxury high-rise, The Carlyle Residences, located in Los Angeles. As one of the first points of contact for residents and guests, you will play a critical role in delivering a refined, five-star experience while setting the tone for service excellence throughout the property. This position offers a clear growth path to Concierge, making it an ideal opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to advance within a luxury residential environment. As a representative of Action Property Management and The Carlyle Residences, the Luxury Door Host delivers consistent five-star service and ensures a welcoming, polished arrival experience for all residents and guests. This role oversees the front driveway and entrance, directing incoming traffic and coordinating closely with valet operations to manage vehicle flow and service efficiency. Responsibilities include escorting residents and guests into the building, assisting with luggage, packages, and personal items, and maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front door, driveway, and lobby areas. The role also includes valet duties such as parking, retrieving, and relocating vehicles. While the primary responsibility is door and valet coverage, this position is cross-trained at the front desk and expected to step in for Concierge coverage when needed, including monitoring lobby activity, maintaining access control, answering phones, assisting residents, and managing package distribution. Permanent Concierge shifts may become available in the future based on staffing needs and performance.
