About The Position

The Luxury Car Rental Sales and Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive sales training programs aimed at equipping sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in luxury car rentals. This role involves actively managing the sales team to drive performance and ensure alignment with company goals through ongoing coaching and development.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions on how to rent luxury cars on a daily basis.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop sales teams.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify training needs.
• Proven track record of successful sales training program development and implementation.
• Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and audience needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps in sales knowledge and skills, and develop targeted training programs to address them.
• Create structured sales training curriculums covering product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, closing strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales reps to improve performance, address individual challenges, and support career development.
• Track sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals, set individual targets, and hold regular performance reviews.
