About The Position
Genesis of Portland, the ONLY Genesis dealer in Portland, has a job opening for an ambitious and customer-centric person. We are seeking the right Luxury Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant to join our sales team. Working as our Luxury Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant, you would be pursuing sales leads and helping our clientele find the right vehicle(s) for them. The Genesis buyer is a person of discerning taste, high income, and highly educated. Your life experience and people skills will in no small part help determine your success. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales experience (not required but preferred) with amazing customer service skills.
Requirements
- 1+ years of automotive sales experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Driver’s License.
- Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through by purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.
