Kunes Auto Group is transforming Chevrolet of Lake Bluff into a premier luxury-focused dealership serving Chicago’s North Shore. We are seeking a Sales Manager willing to make 100+ calls per day while leading a high-performance sales team. Top performers earn $200,000–$300,000+ annually.

Requirements

  • Proven automotive sales management experience
  • Strong phone and closing ability
  • Deep understanding of internet leads and CRM systems
  • Passion for luxury vehicles
  • Willingness to outwork the team

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound and inbound calls dail
  • Work internet, phone, and showroom leads
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales consultants
  • Enforce luxury-level sales and follow-up processes
  • Set standards for calls, appointments, shows, closings, and gross profit
  • Desk deals and structure trades
  • Monitor CRM usage and pipeline health
  • Drive front-end and total store gross profit
