About The Position

Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada, a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanada's first footprint into the U.S. market, and we currently have six dealerships consisting of 15 different franchises and approximately 400 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area, with four dealerships and two more located in central Illinois. We are searching for talented individuals as we begin a new and exciting legacy in the U.S. market. Currently, we are searching for an experienced automotive detailer to join our team at our luxury brand dealership located in Peoria, IL. You would be working with some of the most prestigious franchises in the world. Mercedes Benz, Audi, and Porsche. This job would be a great opportunity for the right individual. Requirements

Experience in professional detailing of automobiles.
Positive attitude and can-do mentality
Hardworking personality and eagerness to improve
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles.
Disinfect all surfaces and follow proper hygienic guidelines while cleaning.
Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
Other duties as assigned
