You build relationships with your customers to determine which solutions meet their needs, as well as continuously foster a personalized sales experience aiming to establish a lasting rapport and potential contact in the future. Requirements

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • 3–5+ years in commission-based sales (retail, B2B, or direct)
  • Experience with kitchen, laundry, outdoor, small appliances, and home electronics sales
  • Experience overseeing customer projects end-to-end
  • Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
  • Motivated, organized, and proactive in driving new business
  • Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
