Lunchroom/Recess Associate - Sugar Creek
About The Position
Working Conditions: Associates work inside and outside the assigned building throughout the school year. Recess duty will be outside on a daily basis unless the temperature drops below 5 degrees farenheit. Position Criteria: High School Diploma or GED, preferred Performance Responsibilities: To supervise students in lunchroom and/or recess Follow building and district expectations/rules while supervising in the lunchroom and/or recess Communicate with other building staff in regards to student needs in these locations Implementation of PBIS (Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports) and Leader in Me Expectations-providing a positive role model for students Work well as a team member and is flexible with scheduling Positive interactions with staff and students Assist with other duties in the building
